Kimberly Sluis is the vice president and chief of staff, postsecondary education at Strada Education Foundation, where she leads the university and college program area, including the organization’s $10 million Beyond Completion Challenge. Prior to joining Strada, Sluis spent two decades in campus-based higher education, with a focus on student success and well-being, equity, strategy, and institutional planning. Most recently, she served as vice president for student affairs and strategic initiatives at North Central College (IL). Sluis holds a doctorate in higher education management from the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree in higher education and student affairs from Indiana University, and a bachelor's degree in sociology from North Central College.
