Currently, as the Director of All Access at Kaplan, she champions solutions that bridge academic preparation with real-world skills, supporting institutions across the U.S. in fostering comprehensive student success. Brittany’s 18 years in public higher education at institutions such as Kent State, Miami University, The University of Akron, and Cleveland State University have been marked by a steadfast commitment to inclusive, student-centered strategies. Her progressive leadership journey—from her culminating role in higher education as director for Career Development and Exploration to her role at Kaplan—has honed her expertise in career readiness, academic advancement, and cross-campus engagement. In this capacity, Brittany drives impactful initiatives that empower partner institutions to create equitable pathways for students’ career and academic aspirations. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, she continues to inspire with her passion for transformative education, envisioning a future where access and success are within reach for all students.
