Description

Justin Duncan is a Sustainable Agriculture Specialist with the National Center for Appropriate Technology. He has a Bachelors in Agronomy from Prairie View A&M University and a Masters in Plant Breeding. His work has focused on organic farming practices in the humid South, concentrating mainly on sweet potatoes, strawberries, niche market ethnic specialty crops, and drought mitigation. He is currently working on cover crop projects across the southern states to help farmers build soil organic matter and mitigate weed issues.
