Darius Pardner is a proud of alumnus of the University of Colorado Colorado Springs where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational and Strategic Communication and currently works as an admissions counselor in the Office of Admissions. Along with his work in college admissions, Darius has also created educational initiatives around diversity, equity, and inclusion. Some of initiatives include the creation of residential learning communities for first generation students on college campuses as well as hosting college application workshops, which supports students efforts in applying to college. Darius is currently continuing his education as a graduate student working to complete his master’s degree in Student Affairs and Higher Education Leadership with an emphasis in black male success in higher education. Darius is an active member of the Colorado Springs community volunteering at his local church and partnering with Save Our Youth, a program based in Denver, Colorado designed to provide mentorship for Black youth.
