Cameron Stokes is a 4th Year student in the Curry School of Education and Human Development double majoring in Youth & Social Innovation and Psychology. He is from Portsmouth, VA. Currently he holds positions around Grounds as the Vice President of the Iota Beta Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., Office of African American Affairs Senior Peer Advisor, a Fellow in the Meriweather Lewis Institute for Citizen Leadership, a 4th Year Trustee, and a member of the Black Voices Gospel Choir. Cameron comes from a low income background and is so thankful to have been a lotted the experiences that he has over the last four years. Upon graduation, he hopes to one day work in Education Policy where he would like to tackle educational inequity in the American education system.
