Ragne is Principal Knowledge Exchange Fellow at the Centre for Energy Policy, University of Strathclyde. She has responsibility for research impact and external engagement, working across academic and policy communities to bring research insights and evidence into policy processes. Ragne has been working in the field of energy and climate change for a decade, most recently as Programme Manager of ClimateXChange – the Scottish Government’s Centre of Expertise on Climate Change. Originally from a public policy background, she has nine years’ experience in the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office where she worked on EU policy and climate change, and more recently has worked in private sector consultancy. Ragne is also a part-time doctoral student in politics at the University of Edinburgh, where she is researching public participation in energy policy making in Scotland.
