Jason Zimmerman serves as the Visual Effects Supervisor and Supervising Producer for Star Trek: Discovery. He serves in the same capacity for Star Trek: Picard, Strange New Worlds and Clarice. He has worked on films and television shows such as The Hunger Games, Spring Breakers, Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, Where the Wild Things Are, Sleepy Hollow, Limitless, True Detective, and Game of Thrones. He has been nominated for two Primetime Emmys and four Visual Effects Society Awards, including a VES Award win for his work on the series Terra Nova and was recently nominated in 2021 for his work on Star Trek: Discovery.
