Federico joined Animal Logic’s Research and Development team in 2008 andnow has almost 14 years of experience in the animation and visual effect industry. As the Toolchain Lead, he guides his team in the research, configuration, building, extending and maintenance of developer's tools. These tools are used throughout the studio and support all teams in the Research and Development department and Technical Directors in the Production Technology department. Federico is passionate about creating software to the highest quality and developing automation tools which allow artists to focus on their craft. Previously, Federico worked for five years at Motorola Software Group as a Software Developer and Technical Leader. He was involved in developing tools for testing telecommunication infrastructure with a strong emphasis on software quality and industry standards such as CMM, CMMI, ISO 9001. Federico graduated as a Telecommunication Engineer from the University Blas Pascal in Córdoba Argentina, attaining a Masters of Software Engineering from La Plata National University - Argentina.
