Min Tang is a professor of International Management and Director of the Institute for Creativity and Innovation at the University of Applied Management, Germany. She is a member of the American Psychological Association Division 10 and part of the jury of the International Exhibition for Ideas, Invention, and Innovation (iENA). She is the initiator and manager of a series of intercultural and interdisciplinary programs of creativity and innovation, including the “Applied Creativity across Domains” project, the “Effective Management of Creativity and Innovation” intensive program and CHINATIV project. Her research focuses on implicit theories of creativity, team creativity and cross-cultural studies.
