With over a decade of dedicated service in the healthcare industry, Becky has passionately championed community engagement and corporate social impact. Her journey took a transformative turn when she established ChangeBridge Consulting, a firm built on the principles of social change, strategic thinking, and equitable capacity-building. Becky has a Master’s degree in Human Services and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications.She is a Certified Diversity Executive and Healing Ambassador. She has served as a board member for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Illinois and has partnered with HR consulting. firms to advise on DEI needs for their clients. One of her most impactful initiatives was establishing the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion division for a $1.5 billion health system, with 5 hospitals and over 100 sites of care. Becky works with clients throughout Illinois and the US. Her work has received multiple awards and recognitions at the local, state, and national level. She has consulted with clients such as RUSH University on the national rollout of the racial health equity progress report, as well as many others who are passionate about making a positive impact on their communities and,ultimately, the world.
