Megan Lundstrom is the Director of the Resilience Fund at Polaris, a brand new basic income program that launched in 2023 for survivors of human trafficking in the US. Before coming to Polaris, Megan was the founding CEO at The Avery Center, a nationally serving nonprofit providing resources and employment to individuals with lived experience in the sex trade. Megan's focus is on survivor-led, evidenced-based program development with an emphasis on economic empowerment initiatives. Megan is a published author and researcher and has been a trainer and consultant in the field since 2015.
