Lili Nguyen is Head of Risk and Response Operations for TikTok USDS Trust and Safety. She oversees risk detection for high harm issues such as child sexual exploitation and abuse, human exploitation, civic integrity, violence and extremism, and public health issues; legal compliance operations; and escalation response. Prior to TikTok, Lili spent 11 years prosecuting violent felonies, including child sexual exploitation, gang violence, homicide, and firearms and narcotics trafficking. She also currently serves as TikTok's Board Representative at the Tech Coalition. Lili came to TikTok in 2021 to use her law enforcement experience to protect our most vulnerable on a larger scale.
