Patrick Seals is the Alabama Port Authority’s Chief Information Officer. Joining APA in April 2022, he brings 15 years of experience in the energy industry with heavy focus on building IT roadmaps, implementing core ERP systems, leading change through high-impact technology initiatives, and creating top-tier IT cultures. Patrick began his career at in Oklahoma City at Arthur Andersen public accounting firm in 1986 and progressed through management roles in finance, audit, operations, and IT in distribution, oil and gas, and manufacturing industries. A native of Oklahoma, Patrick graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University. Since 1996 a resident of Sugar Land, TX he and his wife Jean Ann reside in Fairhope, AL.
