Susan Sebatindira (she/her/hers) is the founder of The Black Humanitarian, a platform that amplifies the voices of underrepresented Black professionals within the international development and social impact sector. She created the platform based on her experiences working as an international development practitioner, where she was frustrated with the level of underrepresentation of Black professionals in the sector, especially at leadership level. She has worked in the sector for 6 years in both large and small international organisations across three continents.
