Dr. Ellen Winiarczyk is Academic Director/Teaching Professor at the Univ. of Denver Nonprofit Leadership master's program. Dr. Winiarczyk has worked with national and local nonprofits in leadership development, grants management, strategic planning, and diversity/equity/inclusion. For 10 years she served in state government in workforce development, youth program education, and environmental regulation. She pioneered collaborative training/technical assistance across 4 states and service-learning education for AmeriCorps members. She is an executive coach at the Center for Creative Leadership.
