He is currently the VP, Information Technology at The Drees Company, one of the premier private home builders, where he focuses on delivering integrated services and improved customer experiences using leading digital technologies and methods. Due to his finance and operations background, he is skilled in designing and executing high-impact, cost-effective solutions that positively impact service delivery, growth, and profitability. He is a concept-through-execution change agent who combines business acumen with talent development to achieve client-centric solutions in an agile, collaborative, and timely manner. He has delivered world-class digital transformation capabilities in e-commerce, CRM sales enablement, ERP redesign, resource management, supply chain, and data management that changed the trajectory of our business. By establishing strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders and vendors, Greg leverages their best practices and optimizes value creation. Relevant Experience • Sponsored and managed multiple e-commerce transformation projects that significantly improved the user experience, lead generation, and conversions. • Led multiple software selection programs for wide variety of purposes including ERP, operational systems, data & analytics, customer relationship management, website, cybersecurity, and infrastructure. • Managed process re-engineering teams tasked with developing new future state processes aligned with new technologies. • Managed client integration teams responsible for the on-boarding of new clients and their associated technology needs including integration with host company financial systems. • Led various aspects of ERP implementations from initial technology selection through change management and go-live including SAP, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, and Workday. Tenure at The Drees Company Mr. Adams has been with the Drees Company since 2022. During this time as the Head of Technology, he has focused on delivering improved customer experiences, integrated solutions, a secure & stable infrastructure, and improved decision making through a revamped data & analytics platform. With the support of management and the business, measurable improvements have been made in all areas of technology with more to come. Tenure at JLL JLL experienced tremendous growth in Mr. Adams’ 20 plus year tenure. Going from 3,000 employees to over 95,000 employees and going from $300M in revenue to $15B has prepared him for life in a small business, medium sized business, and large Fortune 500 corporation. With the hurdles and bumps associated with this rapid growth and what is required to move from one size to the next, Mr. Adams showed tenacity, creativity, and adaptability in delivering new solutions rapidly and cost effectively to contribute to the growth and sustainability of JLL.
