Zul Sidi leads Data & Analytics Strategy, Platform and Decision Tools for Consumer, Small Business and Wealth Technology. He is responsible for the end-to-end data strategy and for establishing the strategic data platform to leverage customer/client data to enhance the customer experience, expand self-service capabilities and inform marketing, sales and operations strategies to help enhance Bank of America’s customers’ financial lives. Zul is also responsible for enabling capabilities that accelerate innovation through Data Science, Machine Learning and AI and delivering “fit-for-use” assets to meet business needs. Zul joined Bank of America from Sabre, a technology solutions provider to the global travel and tourism industry where he led the enterprise data and analytics strategy to leverage the breadth of data assets, and expedite new software and capabilities through information technology and business analytics. He was also accountable for the executing the roadmap to realize the data strategy to enable Sabre customers to make more informed decisions, improve their operating performance, and differentiate themselves via data and analytics. Prior to Sabre, Zul was Vice President of Data Management and Technology at Rogers Communications, Inc., Canada’s largest provider of wireless and data communication services. Earlier in his career, Zul also led the general analytics professional services organization for SAS Institute, a leader in business analytics software and services. Zul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Rutgers University in New Jersey, and an Executive MBA from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business in North Carolina. He resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife and two children. He enjoys traveling and reading.
