How can educators meet the diverse needs of learners when there is such variability in ability, background, language, and social-emotional skills? Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is a framework that empowers educators to proactively design environments so all can access and gain meaningful, challenging learning experiences. It is a strengths-based approach grounded in neuroscience. This session will offer an overview of the theory and concrete strategies for immediate implementation.
