If we claim to be preparing talent for the global workforce or graduating globally competent citizens, we, more than ever, need logical measurements to clearly articulate intercultural competence. The need for articulation is crucial in today’s political cauldron of populism, jingoism, and polarization stirred up by scarce resources. This Reflective Forum will instigate open dialogue and debate on why assessment is the core of our work. Participants will receive a compendium of the ideas, suggestions and examples following the Conference.
