           - Applies intra-group transfer pricing policies.
           - Conducts Board Meetings and General Meeting resolution.
           - Is in charge of Certificates of good-standing, Certificates of directors etc.

-Other Ad-hoc activities (i.e. projects, financial analysis, accounting, payments, etc.)



Qualifications

-BS/ MS degree in Finance & Accounting.

-Any professional qualification will be considered an asset.

-3-5 years of professional experience in Accounting and Financial reporting.

-Strong understanding of Greek GAAP and IFRS.

-Experience with international accounting departments.

-Proven ability to prioritize activities in a complex environment with strict deadlines.
