General Description
Under the direct supervision of the COO, the Housing Counselor has a passion for helping people and is responsible for conducting homebuyer education workshops, housing counseling, credit counseling, and foreclosure prevention counseling. The position requires some Saturdays, and the use of independent judgment and decision-making skills.
Essential Functions
· Coordinate and conduct homebuyer and homeowner education workshops
· Meet individually with homebuyers and homeowners to provide education and guidance
· Analyze individual homebuyer and homeowner situations
· Prepare individual action plans for homebuyers and homeowners
· Provide individualized credit counseling
· Build and maintain professional relationships in the field
· Participate in marketing necessary to advertise programs and services
· Maintain current, relevant information about available products
· Maintain data in online reporting system
· Maintain accurate, detailed program logs
· Offer ideas or suggestions to expand the curriculum and grow the program
· Other duties as assigned

Maintenance Technician II

General Description
Under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance and Property Manager, the Maintenance Technician II will assist with all aspects of day-to-day maintenance duties including preventative, corrective, emergency, cosmetic, apartment turnovers and routine maintenance for assigned property(ies). As a part of the site team, the Maintenance Technician II is responsible in ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment. The Maintenance Technician II will complete all reasonable work-related directives given by the Director of Maintenance and Property Manager and is responsible for ensuring the completion of all property maintenance activities to ensure that the essential functions are met on a regular and consistent basis.

Community Manager

General Description
The Community Manager is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the property(ies) and ensures that the operations in assigned areas are in compliance with the standards and expectations of Operational Excellence, other stated guidelines of Visionary Property Management (VPM), and Visionary Home Builders of California, Inc. (VHB). The position requires on-site living, some evening hours, and the use of independent judgment and decision-making skills. It is expected that a significant portion of the time required to carry out these duties will be spent at the property, but on certain occasions some hours may be worked off site. The Community Manager will complete all reasonable work-related directives given by the Regional Director of Property Management and is responsible for ensuring the completion of all property management site-level activities with site-level staff and other VHB related departments to ensure that the essential functions are met on a regular and consistent basis.
