Transportation Coordinator (Part-Time)

The Transportation Coordinator will help to maintain, monitor, and collect data on our Renewable Energy Vehicle Network (REVNet), help to administer, process and track RCEA rebates for Electric Vehicles (EVs) Electric Vehicle Service Equipment (EVSE) and Electric Bikes (E-Bikes) and directly engage with our customers and community members on transportation electrification and other transportation related issues. Building Energy Modeling Specialist

XeroHome exists at the nexus of Building Science and Data Science and we build software tools that make zero-carbon buildings possible! We are looking for team members that will expand and refine our flagship tool.

We are looking for candidates that have building energy simulation expertise, along with experience or a willingness to learn data science, and an understanding of software development processes. You will be working to refine XeroHome’s machine learning (ML) based building energy modeling approach, data pipelines, and data analytics capabilities. You will need to have familiarity with the EnergyPlus building energy simulation engine.

Minimum qualification is an advanced technical degree in Energy Analysis/ Building Science.

Regulatory and Legislative Policy Manager

RCEA is seeking a dynamic and talented Regulatory and Legislative Policy Manager. The Regulatory and Legislative Policy Manager supports programs and activities within RCEA’s various departments, including power resources, demand-side management, transportation, and administration. Areas of activity include monitoring and reporting on new or changed regulations and legislation affecting RCEA, developing RCEA’s responses to proposed laws and regulations, and assisting RCEA staff with regulatory compliance.
The first review date is June 26th. This appointment is expected to begin on or after July 1, 2023.

The Redwood Coast Energy Authority (RCEA) is recruiting a full-time Customer Service Associate to support our customer service and public engagement efforts. This is a frontline position that will interact daily with RCEA customers via email, telephone, and in-person to promote and support RCEA’s many programs and services.

Reporting to the Community Strategies Manager, the Customer Service Associate will serve as RCEA’s main customer service agent. The Customer Service Associate will interact with the public regularly and interface with all departments at RCEA, therefore the ability to work with a variety of individuals in a dynamic office environment is essential. This position will perform most of their work in the office Monday through Friday but may occasionally participate in weekend and evening events. An interest in local energy issues, sustainability, and the environment is a plus.
