As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our community seeking mental health support through the Ruh Care Online Therapy Platform.
From day-to-day operations, engaging directly with clients and therapists, matching clients with our diverse team based on individual needs, managing appointments, handling billing processes, and more, your efforts will ensure our clients receive the support they need for their unique journeys of healing and growth.
Requirements
- Preferred - degree in Psychology or Social Work with at least two years experience in a helping profession, or equivalent level of education or experience.
- Knowledge or experience working in the mental health sector.
- Clinical intake experience is an asset.
- Prior training or experience in clinical administration, with a willingness to acquire new skills.
- Flexible hours, with the ability to commit 40 hours per week. Ideal work hours are 9 am-5 pm EST, Monday through Friday.
- Flexibility to work some evening and weekend hours if necessary.
- Work-from-home, open to those in Canada or the U.S.
