Home Based Therapist

George Junior Republic in Indiana is hiring a full-time Therapist for the home-based program in many counties such as Johnson, Bartholomew, Monroe, Cass, and Howard counties. The Therapist is responsible for providing in-home therapy to children and families involved with the Department of Child Services and Juvenile Probation. The therapist will consistently demonstrate the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors necessary to provide a client-centered, strength based, and culturally sensitive service to our team members, clients, referral sources, and community connections. The Therapist is required to be able to work as a team or individually with families.
Applicants must have a Master's degree with a current license issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board as one of the following: Social Worker, Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, Mental Health Counselor or Mental Health Counselor Associate.
Applicants must also have a valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation. Must be willing to travel in and around the assigned counties as needed.
