The DPC is responsible for leadership and oversight of the PSM workforce, volunteer and paid staff, that provides direct care to patients. The DPC provides support for medical triage, develops and refines systems of care delivery, and works alongside PSM leadership in development, administration, logistics and programming in coordination with the Executive Director.

Arch are looking for a part-time Salaried GP (exact number of sessions can be negotiated) to join an established, multi-disciplinary clinical team caring exclusively for people facing homelessness. 
The team comprises of GPs, ANPs, PNs, HCAs and a physio who are supported by a truly outstanding administrative team, and who between them offer outreach, hospital in-reach, and specialist step-down services, in addition to clinic-based care. 
The successful applicant will be a GP who shares their vision and values and is motivated to tackle the problem of health inequality in the city. They will also combine excellent clinical skills with a genuine passion for meeting the needs of patients who are at very difficult points in their lives. 
This role will initially consist mainly of clinical sessions within the surgery but will also involve contribution to the wider activity, clinical workflow and support to Arch’s broader services.
