Enrichment Program Coordinator

We are currently looking for two Enrichment Program Coordinators to join our Enrichment and Volunteer Services team.

The Enrichment Program Coordinator drives the delivery of the Enrichment & Volunteer Program across all operational parts of Amana Living by identifying the unique needs of the customer base through consultation and assessment. Establishing consistency in key processes and documentation relating to the delivery of Enrichment activities is also a key function of the role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of excellence is achieved in the provision of leisure, lifestyle and social and volunteer programs for Amana Living customers. Driving best practice and innovation, they will identify initiatives and activities that promote choice, quality of life, well-being and connection to community for older adults.

Leep NGO is transitioning to a more flexible mode of delivering training to volunteers across Western Sydney and western NSW. Leep NGO is recruiting a pool of Teachers/ Trainers on flexible contracts to deliver our half- and full day volunteer trainings (in an adult learner classroom setting and/ or online); and develop new curricula for Leep NGO as needed:

Network Coordinator
Leep NGO

The Network Coordinator position is responsible for:

• Strategy and Network Development: You will liaise across multiple projects within the Leep network of community organisations and programs, manage volunteers and work with colleagues to deliver strategic outcomes and to identify gaps and growth opportunities within the network;
• Communication: You will establish relationships and articulate and see through Leep’s vision for a digitally inclusive society across the various network channels, confidently overseeing and communicating with volunteers and colleagues face to face and online;
• Events and Promotions: You will organise and coordinate events to maintain the network’s strength and to help it grow, promote Leep’s work and help to achieve the outcomes of each program and create and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.

Other responsibilities include:
• Following a program of work and documenting performance of activities;
• Liaising with other team-members to keep them informed of your progress;
• Other administrative duties as required.

The position will be based at Leep NGO’s office in Penrith, however flexible working conditions are available for the right candidate.

The position is based on a 24 hour week, though job-share will be considered, and is contracted until 30 June 2020, with the possibility of extension depending on achievements.

Award
You will be employed under the SHCADS Award Level 3.2 ($31.40 per hour), the Leep NGO Staff Agreement and Contract of Employment.

Graphic Designer (part-time or contract)

The Graphic Designer position is responsible for:

• Delivering fresh, innovative, inspiring and engaging design;
• Telling stories through infographics/visual information;
• Creating e-learning materials based on current and new training curriculums;
• Working with the CEO to extend the Leep brand as we transition to a new mode of delivery;
• Preparing and creating communication and marketing materials that align to the Leep brand;
• Composing content for a range of digital and social channels covering a variety of contexts including aged care, disability organisations, corporates and businesses;
• Ensuring the quality, accuracy and accessibility of all content produced;
• Maintaining awareness and familiarity with emerging design trends and technologies to maximise the quality of materials produced;
• Following a program of work and documenting performance of activities;
• Liaising with other team-members to keep them informed of your progress;
• Other administrative duties as required

The position will be based at Leep NGO’s office in Penrith, however flexible working conditions are available for the right candidate.

The position is based on a 14 hour week and is contracted until 30 June 2020, with the possibility of extension depending on achievements.

You will be employed under the SCHADS Award Level 4.1 ($33.69 per hour), the Leep NGO Staff Agreement and Contract of Employment.
