Child Family Team Specialist

The Child and Family Team Specialist is responsible for facilitating ongoing Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings. Specifically, the CFT Specialist is responsible for facilitating time limited, outcome-focused CFT meetings with families, extended family, children/youth, caregivers, community representatives, service providers, and agency staff for all placement related decisions in partnership with Child Protective Services (CPS).
