Care Team Coordinator
The Board of Child Care Care Team Coordinator Reports to: Program Director FLSA Classification: Exempt Position Summary: The Care Team Coordinator provides effective leadership and management... to uphold The Board of Child Care’s Trauma Informed Care Culture for clients, families, and staff. The Care Team Coordinator provides adaptive leadership through supportive coaching and mentoring to direct care, supervisory staff and social workers to inspire and encourage our workforce and promote integrity. He/She ensures the creation of strong systems and methods of performance excellence, while supporting the teams to embrace possibilities and develop creative solutions to ensure the demands of the program are exceeded. The Care Team Coordinator ensures the fidelity of the program components and ensures that systems of accountability exist to sustain the treatment expectation. The Care Team Coordinator is responsible for the outcomes of the program and is responsible to identify and problem solve when data indicates that the program is not meeting the needs of the youth and families served through identified benchmarks.
Required Education and Experience • MSW and/or Master’s Degree in related field. • 3 Years’ experience in Management
Board of Child Care Therapist (Baltimore Residential) Reports to: Care Team Coordinator, with indirect reporting to Clinical Supervisor FLSA Classification: Exempt Position Summary: To pr... ovide individual, group and family therapy to children, adolescents, and their families; develop/implement Individual Treatment and Transition/Discharge Plans; maintain current and accurate case documentation; conduct clinical assessments; complete activity and performance reports.
Required Education and Experience • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or University • Current LGSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCPC, LGMFT, LCMFT, LGPAT, or LCPAT Maryland State License
Preferred Education and Experience • Experience providing therapeutic services to children and families • At least one year post-graduate experience • Current LCSW-C or LCPC Maryland State License

Required Education and Experience • Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in behavioral sciences, human services or social services field and 3 years’ experience of employment in the aforementioned fields that demonstrates supervisory and case management experience • Certification as a Program Administrator (CRCCPA) through the MD Board for the Certification of Residential Program Professionals within the first 6 months of employment.
Preferred Education and Experience • Clinical Licensure to include LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC • Fluency in both Spanish and English preferred
