Federal Proposal Manager

Arcadis currently has an opening for a Federal Proposal Manager to join the strong and dynamic Federal Winning Pursuit Team in one of the following locations: Broomfield, CO; Highlands Ranch, CO, Clifton Park, NY or Lenexa, KS.The Proposal Specialist will support ongoing sales, pursuit, and proposal activities for the Arcadis Federal Program. As a key part of the Winning Pursuit Team, the Proposal Specialist works with client teams to lead/coordinate proposals, statements of qualifications, sales document, and presentation development; assist with sales pipeline maintenance/reporting; participate in capture strategy development (including research and information management).

He/she will communicate regularly with pursuit teams to coordinate follow-through and implementation of capture/strategic plans to increase win probability for specific client opportunities in advance of the RFP. Additionally, this individual will work with Account Leaders/Account Teams to gain a comprehensive understanding and knowledge associated with assigned Federal clients, (i.e., projects, competitors, and opportunities)., participate on pursuit teams through the positioning, capture planning, proposal management, and interview stages.

This is a dynamic position that requires strategic thinking, flexibility, planned and proactive approaches, and the ability to shift priorities frequently while maintaining attention to detail and achieving high quality standards. Proposal Specialist must be able to prioritize, multi-task, function effectively under multiple deadlines and time constraints, schedule workload and manage time efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while demonstrating an energetic “can do” attitude.
