Position Description
Wooster School seeks an English teacher with a strong background in writing to join a 9th and 10th Grade Humanities team as a collaborative co-teacher. The ideal candidate will be a voracious reader with an advanced degree, teaching experience at the Upper School level, and a deep understanding of the writing process. Applicants should be familiar with the workshop model of reading and writing and/or interested to learn about and implement it. Brief Overview of the Role
Liaises with: Dept. Coordinator, Director of Teaching & Learning, Director of Curriculum & Technology
The ideal applicant is someone who is a native speaker or has experience living in a Spanish-speaking country. This person has the capacity to teach both Middle and Upper School students. Fluency is essential.
We seek a teacher with at least two years teaching experience and preferably a candidate with experience teaching advanced language courses .Wooster expects teachers to creatively collaborate across departmental lines and to build and integrate curriculum. The Lovett School
The LS Academic Technologist (Design & Engineering Coordinator & Student Support) is responsible for teaching student K-5 inGen classes in engineering & design and supporting teachers with the integration of STEAM in classroom projects.
