The Procurement & Contracts Manager performs specialized and responsible administrative work involved in the soliciting of purchases for consultants, contractors, equipment, materials, and supplies for the Housing Authority of Salt Lake City. The position is also responsible for managing supplies, materials, equipment and related inventory thereof. Work involves complex contracting and contract oversight, preparing scopes, report writing, interface with vendors, and basic financial tracking. Performance of the duties requires considerable knowledge of purchasing requirements and regulations.
