Triage Therapists in the CrisisCare Center provide a range of accessible crisis services which divert individuals experiencing behavioral health crisis from inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, jail and emergency rooms. Perform telephone triage, assessment and stabilization, clinic based triage and 23-hour observation care in a safe, supportive recovery environment. This position is a day shift position that will work 9am-9pm in 12 hour shifts 3 days a week with one swing shift a month where the therapist will work 4 days for that one week.

Requirements: A master's degree in social work or its equivalent from an accredited school. Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT or eligible for supervision in the State of Oklahoma. Must be proficient in the identification and treatment of mental disorders. The Licensed Practical Nurse for our Community Health & Wellness program will provide street medicine to individuals experiencing homelessness in Oklahoma City as well as those residing in the Association’s permanent supportive housing units. The Licensed Practical Nurse will deliver a point-of-contact, integrated healthcare model for vulnerable individuals. In collaboration with community partners providing telehealth (e.g., Homeless Alliance and The University of Oklahoma), the Licensed Practical Nurse will implement a community-wide diversion strategy to provide episodic care for some of Oklahoma City’s most vulnerable and uninsured community members.

The Program Coordinator for Transitional Aged Youth Program is primarily responsible for supporting the team of Case Managers and Peer Recovery Support Specialists. Led by the Program Coordinator, the team will serve individuals, aged 18-24, who have experienced homelessness. These individuals served via this program may also have had some involvement with the criminal justice system, and/or aged out of the foster care system and are in need of support(s) to live successfully in the community. This program will provide housing options in single site supportive housing as well as scattered site living environments. Wrap around services with a focus on progression to sustainable independent living.
