The purpose of this position is to build production cable wire and harness assemblies to the customer specifications and requirements.  The production operator will have the responsibility to provide a quality product within the set time standards for the product or any step of the product production as needed.  The goal of all operators is to strive to eliminate waste, provide a stable workflow, assist in process improvements, provide input to training needs through evaluation and understanding of defect and process improvement data and to monitor work to insure that a quality product is produced 100% of the time through teamwork.   For teamwork, quality production and production schedules to be met it is primary that all employees meet the attendance, productivity and quality work requirements as well as adhere to all of KMM policies and procedures.

Cut and Code Assembly Operator
Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing
The purpose of this position is to provide and accurate and stable workflow to the production floor of the necessary wire for the build needs.  This requires following written instructions and details, programming wire cutting machines and equipment used for ID markers as well as kitting material to specific jobs. This position will require moving heavy wire spools, learning how to program the equipment, and working on the computer as needed.
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Ø  Wire Cutting – Identifying correct wire, programming the wire cutter, moving spools of wire, etc.
Ø  Creating ID’s for connectors and wires
Ø  Kitting wire in physically and in the Dynamics tracking system
Ø  Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Ø  This individual has the responsibility and authority to carry out assigned tasks
 
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Ø  The position requires the employee to have or learn computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and wire cutting software. 
Ø  This position requires the ability to perform computer entries accurately and in a timely fashion to ensure that cut files and material inventory is accurate and accountable. 
Ø  The position requires good communication skills to work with Engineering, Team Leads and Operators as needed to ensure that schedules are met and material is provided as needed to fill the needs of the production operations.

Technology Services Associate
HCTC
As a Technology Services Associate, you will provide technical assistance and support for customer-owned networks. You will play an important role in providing customers with ‘white-glove’ service for installation and setup of their networks and equipment. You’ll work with our customers to recommend, sell, install, setup, test and troubleshoot their own networks and devices connected to HCTC internet services. A basic knowledge of customer premise installation of telecom services and the ability to work in confined spaces is recommended to be a successful Tech Services Associate.

This is a full-time position, hourly position with an earning potential of $18.50-$26 per hour plus benefits. HCTC is an equal opportunity provider and employer.
