As a Power Electronics Engineer, you will work with our amazing HW Tech department (in Barcelona) reporting to the Power Electronic Manager.

You will:

In the short/mid-term:
- Define and design power electronics modules for Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) applications. From concept to schematic/PCB with all the electronic components.
- Help with the WPT coils definition and testing.
- Support the firmware team in the WPT control and HW constraints.
WPT system testing and verification.

In the mid/long term:
- Design power electronics modules for mass-production
- Support the transition to the manufacturing line
- Support certification processes of the products
- Support the validation process of the power modules developed
- Design and implement the new developments and follow up the current ones
- Work closely with the other heads and project managers for product design and implementation
- Define the power electronics team working methodology

Must have (> 3 years experience):
- Experience in power electronics hardware design and implementation (e.g: circuit design, Worst case circuit analysis, tolerance analysis, etc).
- Experience in PCB design software like Altium Designer, ORCAD, or similar.
- Experience in power electronics simulation programs: LTspice, Pspice, Matlab, PSIM, or similar.
- Hands-on experience in electrical testing and verification (strong skills in test equipment usage: oscilloscope, multimeter, soldering, etc ).
- Experience working with product development.
- Experience in power design for EMC compliance.
