Behavioral Health Clinician
Springboard Community Services Therapists will begin with a 4 week salary allowance of $50,000 to allow for credentialing, building caseloads, and training before transitioning to a fee for service model, coupl... ed with a salaried reimbursement for non-billable services, such as training, clinical supervision, and participation in treatment team meetings. Clinician will transition to a Fee For Service model that included all benefits aforementioned and an hourly per billed session rate between $39.50-$41.50, depending on your credentials.
In addition to fee for service compensation, therapists will receive:
