Position Summary
The Director of Residential Services is responsible for overall administration and management of The Family Crisis Center of Baltimore County’s (FCC) Emergency and Transitional Housing Programs. The Director is responsible for managing all aspects of the department, including planning, supervision, and development and implementation of policies and procedures. The Director of Residential Services directly supervises all Shelter and Transitional Coordinators, Managers, and Case Management team.

Care Coordinator
Family Crisis Center of Baltimore County
The Care Coordinator works with families experiencing a housing crisis due to fleeing domestic violence. The Care Coordinator oversees intensive case management process that supports families to move along a continuum from homelessness to stable, permanent housing. Care Coordinator carries a caseload of families in FCC’s residential programs and provides resident-centered, strengths-based support, case management, advocacy, risk management, and safety planning. The Care Coordinator additionally supervises the Shelter Case Workers.

Victim/Witness Advocate for the Domestic Violence Unit
Office of the State's Attorney for Baltimore City
The advocate will be responsible contacting victims of domestic violence for purposes of outreach, educating victims of domestic violence about protective and peace orders, coordinating interviews with the victims and the Assistant State's Attorneys, communicating with the victim/witness advocate in the Misdemeanor Jury Trial Division to ensure a smooth transition for victims and witnesses, providing case updates, providing court accompaniment and assisting with victim impact statements.

Behavioral Health Clinician

Therapists will begin with a 4 week salary allowance of $50,000 to allow for credentialing, building caseloads, and training before transitioning to a fee for service model, coupled with a salaried reimbursement for non-billable services, such as training, clinical supervision, and participation in treatment team meetings. Clinician will transition to a Fee For Service model that included all benefits aforementioned and an hourly per billed session rate between $39.50-$41.50, depending on your credentials.

In addition to fee for service compensation, therapists will receive:

· Clinical supervision
