Assistant/Associate/Full Professor

The Department of Management in the ECU College of Business is seeking applicants for a tenure-track, nine-month faculty position beginning academic year 2022-2023. The successful candidate will be able to teach some combination of undergraduate and graduate courses in a variety of management concentration areas including but not limited to organizational behavior, human resources, and international business. The standard teaching load is 9 s.h. in each of the fall and spring semesters. Additional duties include research/creative activities leading to publications as required for tenure as well as appropriate service to the university, community, and profession. This appointment will be at the rank of assistant or associate or full professor beginning in August 2022.

TT Assistant Professor of Organizational Psychology, University of Hartford, Online M.S. in Org Psych, On-Campus Presence Preferred

The Department of Psychology at the University of Hartford is seeking applicants for a Tenure Track Assistant Professor dedicated to teaching in the online Master of Science in Organizational Psychology (MSOP, see www.hartford.edu/msop) program to start in August 2022. On-campus presence is preferred.

This position will primarily support online students in the MSOP program through the development and teaching of asynchronous, online courses, specifically, organizational research methods and statistics, as well as courses in the candidates’ specialty area(s). Candidates interested in mentoring a diverse group of non-traditional students who are pursuing careers in a wide variety of organizational settings are encouraged to apply. The teaching load is three courses per semester, with occasional opportunities to teach face-to-face in the on-campus MSOP program, the Psychology BA program, and the innovative University Interdisciplinary Studies program. Other job responsibilities include student advising, research leading to publication, and service to the Department, the College, and the University. Successful candidates are expected to contribute to student recruitment and retention. The candidate will help continue the rise of UA’s research and teaching reputation, culture, and impact. We are open to a broad range of IB research foci but are especially interested in those focusing on IB-related aspects of strategy, entrepreneurship or organizational behavior. Although not required, we are interested in candidates willing to teach import/export management. At the graduate level, the college offers a Master’s in Management with a focus in Global Business, and at the undergraduate level, the college offers an International Business Minor.
