Applied Behavior Analysis - Behavior Consultant

Knowledge and implementation of CASSP principles.
Provide behavior consultation services, including behavior therapy, consultation and support to family members, caregivers and teams, in order to stabilize the individual and family situation and to provide transfer of skill to parents/caregivers.
Works all authorized hours in accordance to each individual's prescription for services.
Collaborates with treatment team members in the development of goals and interventions. Write Functional Behavioral Assessment, Behavioral Support Plan, Individual Treatment Plan and Crisis Plan.
Conduct monthly team meetings, and at least six-month reviews/assessments for each child on caseload.
Complete assessment tools and monitor outcome measurement on each treatment goal.
Provide transfer of skill to parents/caregivers through interventions such as modeling, parent coaching and interventions as written in the behavior plan.
Clinically advise the ABA Behavioral Health Technician or Registered Behavior Technician on behavioral interventions specific to the child/youth.
Maintains communication with treatment team to report obstacles, progress and/or concerns about treatment.
Attends monthly supervision.
Attend trainings required by program/department. Maintain current training certifications as needed for programs.
Participate in special projects as requested.

Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) - Flexible Full & Part Time positions

Lead Clinician : Therapeutic After School & Summer Programs

Serve as lead clinician in the TASP/STAP classroom, including the following duties:
Plan daily psychoeducational lesson plans
Plan community integration activities
Develop individualized treatment plans for each child
Provide input forms to psychologists for re-evaluations
Formulate Social Skills Improvement System data
Transfer skills to parents and families, such as through a weekly update, open houses, and family trainings
Facilitate inter-agency team meetings with families and the CASSP team
Participate in monthly team meetings and one-on-one meetings with TASP Coordinator.
Coordinate psychological evaluations and meetings.
Full fill administrative requirements for timely authorization of services, including the completion of all necessary documentation for submission to Magellan Behavioral Health to ensure uninterrupted services.
Provide support to the team members and families being served.
Communicate about case issues with TASP Coordinator when appropriate.
Collaborate with treatment team members in the development of goals and interventions
Provide informative resources to families including parent training opportunities, community events, activities available locally for special needs children, etc. Provide linkage to these supports as needed.
Participate in monthly family meetings.
Assist Coordinator with clinical supervision of Therapeutic Aides, including but not limited to individual or group supervision.
Assist Coordinator with administrative duties, including but not limited to petty cash, attendance records, group supervision, review of billing and progress notes.
Maintain accurate, clear documentation on progress notes for each session, and a complete file for each case.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Provide individual and group psychotherapy to consumers of the Outpatient Center
Build strong therapeutic relationships with consumers
Ensure treatment is goal focused
Monitor progress of consumers
Evaluate ongoing needs of consumers and make referrals as necessary
Coordinate treatment with other members of the outpatient team, including the outpatient coordinator and psychiatrist
Review Utilization Review recommendations with Coordinator and make changes as necessary
Seek to enhance ability to provide a milieu of therapeutic models, such as trauma specific treatment models, psycho-educational models, and cognitive behavioral therapies.
Maintain an average of 70% billable hours, pending circumstances beyond therapist's control such as insufficient caseload or no shows
Reschedule cancelled appointments to the extent possible to maximize billable hours
Submit billing in a timely manner

Provide leadership within the Outpatient Program
Initiate new groups to meet needs of consumers of the Outpatient Center
Research and implement evidence based practices for consumers with autism or intellectual disabilities
Build relationships with community members or other providers of services, and make referrals for additional services or supports as needed
Assist with marketing of outpatient services

Participate in ensuring clinical compliance of Outpatient charts
Assist with completion of medication management only treatment plans once quarterly
Evaluate progress notes, treatment plans, and bio-psychosocial assessments to ensure that they possess sufficient detail.
Conduct all intake evaluations as well as annual reviews for Psychiatrist.
Work with Outpatient Assistant to ensure that necessary paperwork is present in charts in a timely manner
Participate in quarterly internal audits
