What you will be doing:
* Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Director will be a senior member of the organization and will lead the IT, Finance, Advancement, Production, and Participant Experience efforts of Walking with Purpose.
* Overseeing multiple IT systems, guiding systems integration work, and ensuring good system protocols
* Leading and working closely with the CEO to manage the finances of the organization, including the annual budgeting process, monthly financial statement production, and preparation of board meeting material
* Overseeing, together with Participant Experience Director, the strategy and management of Parish Programs and Customer Support
Managing, together with production team, the inventory, and the production of WWP materials and Bible studies
* Leading, together with Advancement team, advancement efforts of WWP including outreach to major donors, fundraising efforts, and the identification of untapped potential sources of support

DEVELOPMENT OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
Wu Yee Children's Services
Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the Advancement Administrator and Data Analyst plays a critical support role in operations and planning fundraising efforts at Wu Yee. This position will lead the ongoing development of our Salesforce NPSP deployment. The administrator will work closely with Advancement team to identify develop and deploy new business processes including: Fundraising, Marketing, Events, Volunteer Management, Outreach and our core program business processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part systems/data analyst. This position will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform, advancement operations, process and system integration, data analysis and reporting, as well as general overall support to Advancement as needed.

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Development Manager will lead Hagar’s Sisters’ efforts to obtain the financial and other support critical to sustaining and enhancing its work. In collaboration with the Executive Director, the Manager will be responsible for managing fundraising, major gifts cultivation, fund development, and marketing, and for developing strategies to sustain and expand current revenue streams. In addition, the Manager oversees and is responsible for grant-writing and fund-raising events. Overall, the Manager works closely with the Sister Services Manager to ensure HS’s program needs are accurately reflected in fund-raising goals.

The Marketing and Communications Director (MCD) is responsible for promoting HS’ work and mission through developing marketing strategies which creatively transform and enhance the view of Hagar’s Sisters as it transitions from a local to a national non-profit organization accessible to women nation-wide. To do so, the MCM will create impactful high quality digital media and printed materials designed to increase the number of women served and to reach new donors and new volunteers. Working closely with all staff members, the MCM creates a marketing and communications plan and strategy which most effectively supports their strategies and goals.

BACKGROUND: COPE is a grief and healing organization helping parents and families living with the loss of a child. Started by bereaved parents, COPE now offers professionally led support groups, a grief support phone line, and monthly healing workshops including yoga, meditation, Reiki, art, movement, music and journaling. Founded in 1999, COPE has grown to support children and teens who have lost a loved one, including through COPE’s Camp Erin® NYC, a summer weekend experience for kids and parents who are grieving. OPPORTUNITY: The Clinical Director is a key leadership position, responsible for overseeing clinically-related programming for COPE including bereavement support groups, healing workshops, the volunteer-driven phone support line, and any clinically-related training. The Clinical Director oversees all COPE facilitators, reports to the Executive Director and provides periodic program reports to the Program Committee and Board of Directors. This is currently a part-time exempt employee position with some evenings and weekends required.
