The position serves as the Integrated Mobility Division’s (IMD) Deputy Director for Finance and Administration. Duties include but are not limited to management of finance, procurement, grant administration, contracting, safety security training, and compliance within IMD. The position is responsible for creation and management of IMD’s budget, spend plan and funding forecasting, including ongoing review and adjustment of Division budget to maximize the efficacy of funding and ensure alignment between obligations and expenditures within each fiscal year. The position oversees administration of all federal and state grants, including the application process, development of agreements, payment of reimbursement claims, and all associated oversight responsibilities. The position is also responsible for managing and leading a team of mid-level managers, transportation consultants, and subject matter experts in procurement, finance, and grant administration.
