In this role, you will develop contracts and covenants between developers and cities that integrate affordable housing opportunities into market-rate developments, and coordinate closely within the ARCH team to ensure smooth transitions to lease-up or sales. You will also have a key role in evaluating and enhancing program effectiveness and developing policy recommendations for new or improved affordable housing policies and programs.
A Regional Coalition for Housing (ARCH) is a partnership of 15 East King County Cities and King County who work together to create and preserve affordable housing for low- and moderate-income households in the region.
