Clinical Training Coordinator
Take Control Initiative
Take Control Initiative (TCI) works to remove barriers and increase access to birth control in Tulsa County. TCI envisions a community in which all people have equitable access to birth control, ultimately promoting community health and economic opportunity. TCI is a fiscally sponsored organization and component fund at the Tulsa Community Foundation (TCF) and works collaboratively with over 200 community partners, 15+ health center sites and several state and national organizations. TCI operates at the intersection of health and education with the underlying belief that individuals will make the best decisions for themselves when equipped with information and resources.

Our team consists of three departments: Education & Outreach, Clinical Services, and Data & Policy. TCI+ is a quality improvement project of TCI's Clinical Services department which concentrates on improving access to contraception and reducing unplanned pregnancies at TCI partner health centers in Tulsa, Oklahoma. TCI+ works to reduce clinical barriers within TCI clinics that require intentional and strategic effort to address. These include provider & clinic staff training knowledge gaps, lack of same-day services, clinic staff turnover, complex billing and coding, and cost barriers. The Clinical Training Coordinator helps design and oversees our clinical training at TCI and reports directly to the Lead Quality Improvement Officer (QIO). The Clinical Training Coordinator supports the entire Clinical Services team with training programs for TCI clinic partner staff and providers. This position requires knowledge of working in a health clinic and proven ability to lead and coordinate training for adults in a clinical setting.

Manager, Applications - IT Operations and Technical Services Product Line

Incumbent is responsible for providing network support and troubleshooting to resolve various data and/or voice issues, as well as identify needs and implement new technologies. This position will collaborate with IT peers as well as work closely with personnel throughout the business. This position will require after-hours on-call duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure network is successfully implemented and monitored.  Provide network support and troubleshooting to resolve various data and/or voice issues.
Provide planning, architecture, and development of technical standards of data and voice network infrastructure. .
Research, evaluate, and implement technical specifications to meet business needs.
Administrative tasks to include:
Identify, document, and automate existing processes.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Evaluate local area network (LAN) or wide area network (WAN) performance data to ensure sufficient availability or speed, to identify network problems, or for disaster recovery purposes.
Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.
Other various projects and assignments as directed including tech refresh.
Lead projects independently with little to no supervision.
REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma required.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study is preferred.
At least two years years experience preferred.
Understanding of core network technology and protocols. 
Familiarity with network equipment from Cisco and Palo Alto Networks. 
Ability to explain technical concepts in spoken or written form to those unfamiliar with network technology.

The preferred candidate will have knowledge in all aspects of internal audit. This position will primarily perform operational and other reviews related to Magellan’s System Integrity Plan (SIP) as well as review Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) business process control design documentation and perform test procedures related to controls over financial reporting to identify, document and test the associated internal controls. This position may also participate on reviews of construction projects, project management processes, contractor compliance, internal policies and procedures, management requests, etc. This position requires an understanding of risk identification and internal controls.

Specific responsibilities include:

Identify and evaluate business risks and internal controls to ensure that financial and operational controls are adequately designed, documented and working as intended.
Effectively manage concurrent audit projects and comprehensively document audit work performed including audit conclusions and help prepare audit reports.
Interact closely with various levels of management personnel from all functions of Magellan.
Strong interpersonal and customer services skills.
Research best practices and partner with process stakeholders to make recommendations for business and process improvements to enhance efficiencies.

Controller Mainline Ops USW

Incumbent safely and efficiently facilitates the movement of products through the pipeline system with principle regard to public life, field employees and the environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring line integrity:
1. Recognizing and responding to Abnormal Operating Conditions as outlined in DOT Part 195.
2. Responding to mainline leaks and/or ruptures to minimize the amount of petroleum released from the pipe.
3. Reviewing each field alarm received in the Control Center via the SCADA system and respond appropriately per the Operations Control Procedures Manual.
Operating remotely controlled equipment as pumps, valves, meters, provers, and additive injection systems.
Implementation and completion of pumping schedule.
Perform batch tracking of various products in the pipeline system, including calculating ETAs and ETDs of product changes.
Coordination of field personnel to start product movements, handle product grade changes and respond to emergency conditions.
Measurement responsibilities include proving meters, issuing End of Batch commands that activate Custody Transfer Ticketing of products in and out of Magellan's system.
Monitoring product storage tank levels and alarms.
Tracking cleaning pigs and internal inspection devices through the pipeline.
Comply with company policies and procedures, including System Integrity Plan (SIP) and OQ requirements and implement them into location work practices. Attend and actively participate in safety training meetings.
