This position works with the Proposal Manager and Business Development Team in all aspects of Bid & Proposals to include proposal planning, storyboarding, content development, edits/reviews, and configuration management of content generated. This role assists in the daily operation of the Business Development Team, ensuring development of compliant and compelling proposal content. Plan/coordinate and prepare Request for Information/Quote/Proposal (RFx) responses via writing, formatting, editing, and submitting compliant and timely documentation. Warfare Integration tasks and processes. The PM serves as the primary customer contact and is
empowered to commit the company to decisions regarding program execution and performance.
The PM provides leadership of a geographically dispersed staff with expertise in the design,
development and sustainment of Air Force Special Warfare Assault Kit (SAWK) Tactical Assault
Kit (TAK) applications and hardware development. Knowledge of and experience with the
various AF Special Warfare mission sets and the operation the TAK Product Center is essential.
A critical responsibility of this position in addition to the technical integration aspects, is
managing the labor, resources, expertise, facilities, and materials necessary to satisfy the
requirements of the program. The PM will work directly with the customer to ensure a rapid and
responsive provision of the program requirements.

What You Will Be Doing --We are a GC 8a/SDVOSB specializing in design-build, and design-bid-build delivery methods for federal construction. The Estimator is expected to provide technical, administrative, and expertise to ensure that the objectives regarding the securing of new contracts are met.
