• Handle full cycle accounts payable to include:
• Three-way invoicing match with PO system
• Heavy credit card reconciliation
• Weekly check run (ACH & manual checks)
• Must have knowledge of Florida sales tax
• Daily Reconciliation Trial Balance
• Monthly close out of accounts payable system
• Produce reconciled aging report and various purchasing reports
• Maintain the accounts payable filing cabinets
• Year end close of accounts payable & reporting
• Produce yearly 1099’s
• Experience with transitioning from a paper-based system to a paper-less system
• Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience with Component Control MRO Software preferred not required
Job Requirements
• Prefer bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or relevant field.
• Minimum of two years responsible accounting or bookkeeping experience including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger and financial reports.
• Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
• Strong time manager with respect for deadlines.
• Ability to identify errors and solve problems.
• Decisive and critical thinker.

Warfare Integration tasks and processes. The PM serves as the primary customer contact and is

The PM provides leadership of a geographically dispersed staff with expertise in the design,
development and sustainment of Air Force Special Warfare Assault Kit (SAWK) Tactical Assault
Kit (TAK) applications and hardware development. Knowledge of and experience with the
various AF Special Warfare mission sets and the operation the TAK Product Center is essential.
A critical responsibility of this position in addition to the technical integration aspects, is
managing the labor, resources, expertise, facilities, and materials necessary to satisfy the
requirements of the program. The PM will work directly with the customer to ensure a rapid and
responsive provision of the program requirements.

Prior experience with VA, DOD agencies and other non-DOD federal agencies is required.
What You Will Be Doing
--We are a GC 8a/SDVOSB specializing in design-build, and design-bid-build delivery methods for federal construction. The Estimator is expected to provide technical, administrative, and expertise to ensure that the objectives regarding the securing of new contracts are met. Tasks will include (but are not limited to):
- Actively participating in the estimating and pre-construction activities of all new projects
- Reviewing all final bid packages to ensure their accuracy and completeness prior to formal submittal
- Responding to RFP's
- Providing technical assistance in negotiating contracts, change orders, etc.
- Providing guidance regarding construction methods, material costs, subcontractor feedback, etc.
- Offering suggestions to improve on current estimating processes
What You Need for this Position
7-10 years of relevant estimating experience is key
Knowledge of multiple contract types and delivery methods including lump sump, and negotiated work
- Well-versed with Primavera Project Planner (P6) and Microsoft Project
- Experienced with industry standard estimating software and tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project and Excel
- Advanced knowledge of government contracts for: Federal projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management/deadline management
