This will also require seeking out and developing new project opportunities with existing clients and developing new client relationship.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in public health, Informatics business administration, communications, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• PMP Certification desired.
• Experience working within the federal government space.
• Familiarity with federal government procurements, GWACS and overall knowledge of contract vehicles.

The PPM Team engages with customers both new and current to help with the US government Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) structured approach to managing IT investments, define Rough Orders of Magnitude (ROMs) for customer acceptance and reviews project planning and estimation information and current resource allocation to determine the appropriate staffing mix on new projects. Once a project is initiated throughout the project lifecycle, the PPM team is responsible for reviewing project status reports for identification of systemic problems/risks, resource re-balancing needs and opportunities, and duplication of efforts. This team is responsible for performing evaluation on the success of projects and identifying the root cause of project issues to support the collection and documentation of lessons learned.

Qualifications:
• BA or BS degree or equivalent years of experience
• Experience across the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) from concept development, design, testing, implementation, integration, and deployment
