Other key responsibilities include:
- Research local market, demographic trend and transaction data
- Generate financial analyses utilizing Excel, including cash flow projections
- Lead due diligence process
- Engage with investors and lenders
- Assess the underlying social impact that new projects will have
This position requires Excel skills for financial modeling purposes and a love of real estate. Prior real estate experience preferred but a willingness to learn is most important!
