Digital Content Specialist: PBISApps and Center on PBIS

As a member of the Marketing and Communication Team, the Digital Content Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of Educational and Community Supports’ website and social media content to meet department goals and user needs. This position manages website pages and social media channels by formatting web content, writing social media posts, and creating graphics to enhance and supplement written content provided by the communication specialist.

The Digital Content Specialist manages the content of ECS websites and social media channels (ECS, PBISApps and the Center on PBIS). This includes:
• Assessing site content needs and collaborating with stakeholders to plan and organize new content
• Formatting content for the web using a Content Management System (CMS)
• Planning/implementing social media campaigns
• Writing social media posts
• Designing graphics for the web
• Analyzing/reporting metrics

Position Summary
The Management Support Team (MST) User Support Representative is a customer support position responsible for assisting users in the use of PBIS Applications (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports Applications). This position provides consultative support and services to our user community to ensure application/data access and optimal performance of the applications. Additionally, this position will provide technical advice and expertise to users regarding the evaluation, data integration, and maintenance of applications. As a member of the PBIS Applications team, the person in the position will collaborate on the development of user documentation, user guides, and technical training publications.
