Clinical quality measures are a fundamental part of federal quality and payment programs. Mathematica seeks a clinical quality measures professional to support measure conception, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of clinical quality measures for use in federal quality and payment programs. This individual will participate in all aspects of the clinical quality measure life cycle.

Project Manager, Interoperability Operations
The Project Manager, Interoperability Operations will be responsible for managing the deliverables for assigned departmental initiatives, solutions, and projects. The project manager interfaces directly with internal departments, subject matter experts, and potentially third-party external vendors as needed for a particular project and daily project monitoring and reporting. The PM will work closely with the project team members, Program Manager, and Associate Director of Interoperability Solutions to ensure an on-time, quality delivery of product releases, commercialization efforts, and partner/client projects built by the product team. The Project Manager will maintain the schedule, risk registry, dashboards, coordination of product team staff (from a project-work standpoint), scheduling meetings, capturing meeting minutes, maintaining, and ensuring logs are kept current. In addition, this person will work directly with the Program Manager on any escalations for the project team and all key internal stakeholders.
Business Analyst, Interoperability Solutions
The Business Analyst, Interoperability Solutions will be responsible for translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements, requirements planning, and requirements management to ensure the functionality is delivered to meet the demands of market requirements and key stakeholders. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engineering developers, and peers to understand the business needs for existing and emerging technologies and solutions. In addition, this role is responsible for providing support to the technical subject matter experts to help guide accurate knowledge transfer to other integral areas across the organization.
