Manager, Kitchen Operations

The Manager, Kitchen Operations supervises and coordinates functions related to the operational aspects of all food products made in our commercial kitchen. This customer-service oriented leader is an essential part of our Operations team that supports the production of meals with love every day for seniors and vulnerable neighbors in the Bay Area. The Manager, Kitchen Operations directly manages porters and supervises the functions of staff and volunteers who participate in the creation and distribution of meals.

Manager, Grants
Project Open Hand
The primary role of the Manager, Grants is to lead the management of Project Open Hand’s $7M corporate, foundation and government relationship portfolio for purposes of maximizing the philanthropic investment of these constituencies. The Manager, Grants is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of strategies leading to significantly increased exposure, engagement and fundraising success from these constituencies. The geographic focus is mainly on the San Francisco Bay Area institutional giving environment, but as the organization evolves, this focus will encompass a greater national reach.

Development Director
Project Angel Heart
The Director of Development will help Project Angel Heart achieve significant growth by directly overseeing
individual donor strategy and planning, focusing on retention and upgrading of individual donors at all levels as
well as acquisition of new donors. This includes strategy and campaigns focused on sustaining gifts, workplace
giving, and planned gifts. The Development Director will maintain and grow their own portfolio of individual
donors, with the responsibility of cultivating, soliciting, upgrading, and stewarding these donors through personal
interaction. In addition, this role will spearhead the regional fundraising efforts of the Pike’s Peak office, in
collaboration with our regional development officer and ensure the integrity of our donor database in
collaboration with our database administrator.
