Under the direction of the Texas Collaborative for Healthy Mothers and Babies (TCHMB) Program Director, the Senior TCHMB Nurse Program Manager will assist in the development of the Quality Improvement (QI) framework for projects, identify activities, and metrics. The Senior TCHMB Nurse Program Manager will train hospital clinical and non-clinical staff on evidence-based or developed clinical interventions, tool kits or programs and will work with other TCHMB staff to develop evaluation strategies, collect project-related metrics, and compile findings. They will be responsible for interpreting QI data and identifying strategic opportunities for performance and operational improvements to the QI project. They will also work closely with participating hospitals and facilities to find opportunities and strategies for improvements. The position may require up to 25% travel. The position is funded through a contract with a 2-year term, which has the potential for further extension.

Salary Range: 90,000 - 140,000 depending on qualifications
