Juvenile Detention Technician

Provides direct supervision and maintains the security of the facility, staff and juveniles held within County facilities. Ensures the safety and security of detainees and all persons within the detention facility. Transports juveniles to and from other facilities and from other counties/states, to court hearings and other appointments as necessary. Uses physical restraint and force as needed. Errors may create situations of understaffing, wrongful placement of inmates in detention areas, potential for inmate suicide, and other potential for physical harm of oneself, others, and the initiation of legal action taken against the County. Must be able to work alternating/rotating shifts as assigned by Detention Manager.

Since 2008 our agency has been providing services to youth around the state that are aging out of foster care and juvenile corrections who need a plan for becoming self-reliant. In 2013 we expanded our services to include CBRS, Counseling, Case Management, and Med Management and offer these services to the community. In 2018 we started Residential Habilitation, helping those with developmental disability. In 2021 we expanded our services and now offer Respite for families with youth that have SED.
Mana Resources is seeking 1-2 Idaho Licensed Counselors, full-time preferably in office, who will work with our clients of all ages and various needs. Our counselors support community clients, both individuals and families, as well as clients in our Juvenile Reintegration and Residential Habilitation programs.
Experience with Medicaid and other insurance requirements is a BIG plus; however, we welcome applicants that are newly licensed, and we are open to training the right person.
Our counselors are very collaborative, and we work hard to provide a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. We are looking for someone who values working together and sharing information in the best interest of serving our clients.

Admissions Outreach Coordinator

Job Description
Under the direction of the Senior Admissions Coordinator, the Admissions Outreach Coordinator will support enrollment efforts with considerable partnership with Early College Coordinators and Enrollment Specialist teams. This position will represent the College of Southern Idaho for recruiting, networking, and outreach efforts at offsite locations such as high schools, college fairs, and community events. The offsite locations will mainly focus in Regions 4, 5, and 6, as well as supporting outreach efforts in Regions 1,2, & 3’s.
Recruitment and outreach efforts will involve different methods, including but not limited to one-on-one meetings, large and small group presentations, fairs and events, and distance delivery utilizing synchronous or asynchronous technologies. This position is a first point of contact with the public and prospective students, which requires professionalism, enthusiasm, relationship building, in-depth knowledge of college resources, programs, people, and policies, as well as public speaking skills with a positive attitude and outgoing attitude to student support and a commitment to higher education.
The Admissions Outreach Coordinator will assist in continually assessing and improving the effectiveness of various recruiting and retention strategies (to include but not limited to utilizing the PowerBI reports) to ensure maximum yield and return on investment.
